| 1. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Louisiana including the following parishes Assumption Central Tangipahoa East Baton Rouge East Feliciana Eastern Ascension Iberville Lower Lafourche Lower Tangipahoa Lower Terrebonne Northern Livingston Northern Tangipahoa Pointe Coupee Southern Livingston St. Helena St. James St. John The Baptist Upper Lafourche Upper Terrebonne West Baton Rouge West Feliciana and Western Ascension and southern Mississippi including the following counties Amite Pike Walthall and Wilkinson. * WHEN...From Wednesday morning through Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in minor to moderate flooding of rivers creeks streams and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Potential for structural flooding near area rivers. Flooding may occur in poor drainage urban areas and underpasses. Potential for flooded roadways which may be impassable.
